Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award
The Community High School District #94 Education Foundation has established the ‘Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award.’ This honor recognizes alumni who, as role models, have made exemplary contributions to their professional field, their community or to the contributions they made while a student at CHS. The 2012 Award Inductee Ceremony will take place at the Autumn Flame 2012 event on Saturday, October 20th, 2012 at 7 p.m. at St. Andrews Country Club in West Chicago.

The Selection Criteria includes:
●Candidates who have graduated from CHS District #94 at least ten years prior to induction
●Candidates who have contributed to their community in an exemplary manner
●Candidates who have achieved outstanding success in Business, Academics, Research, the Arts, Humanitarian Efforts, Sports or Community Service
●Candidates who serve as a distinguished role model for CHS students
Nominations can be made, by anyone, in one or more of the following areas:
●Humanitarian, this includes Volunteer Service and Philanthropy
●Professional, this includes work in Education, Business, the Arts, Science, Medicine, etc.
●Civic & Patriotic Service, includes distinguished and honored war veterans, government officials, etc.
●Sports & Athletics, includes those who have achieved success at a state, national or international level
Tickets for the inductee(s) and a guest will be provided by the Community High School District #94 Education Foundation.
All inductees will be listed in the program and biographies will be listed on the school website at D94.org.
